Regional HR Manager
Maternity Cover - Minimum 9 months
£32,000 - £35,000 pa
This role, joining a business with a turnover in excess of £40m pa, would suit a candidate with HR experience of the TUPE process, change management, coaching, training etc
The role of Regional HR Manager includes:-
Supporting HR generalist work with the London operational team
Main tasks to include ER case load, TUPE In and Out, Fast paced change/Restructure, Training, Inductions
Supporting managers through all People processes.
Some administration in relation to ER, TUPE, Restructure activities.
To be considered for the role of Regional HR Manager you should have:-
Similar industry experience i.e. commercial, 24/7, Blue collar workers, Operational fast paced environment.
Confidence in your ability in a stand alone role, providing on the spot, fast-paced accurate and commercially/financially aware advice to managers who just want to know the quickest and easiest route.
Need to be able to flag risks, and give options, but not be a blocker.
