The Role:

This position is responsible for managing existing sales accounts, including Global Textile distributors, ensuring they have necessary support to grow odour control and antimicrobial product solution sales. The Business Development Manager, Europe is also responsible for developing new business opportunities with European textile brands and textile mills to ensure regional sales objectives are met.

⦁ Create and execute new business development plan to identify, prioritize, and win business within the United Kingdom, European Union, and Turkey.
⦁ Coordinate cross functional activities (technical, marketing, legal, regulatory)
⦁ Establish and execute key account plans for existing customers/distributors to achieve sales
⦁ Maintain up-to-date customer and project records (sales call reports, progress notes, customer contacts, etc.) to track sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle
⦁ Identify emerging/existing customer needs related to antimicrobial and odour control
⦁ Create and deliver effective sales presentations that promote and communicate the benefits
⦁ Develop and execute on key customer strategies on accounts with decision making authority within the region including stakeholder mapping and network development.

The Profile:

⦁ Fluency in English is required and highly desired to be business fluent in one or more EU languages (German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, etc.).
⦁ Must be able to analyse data (business/marketing/technical) and determine next steps.
⦁ Must be able to think creatively to overcome complex business issues.
⦁ Must be skilled at sales process and conveying the value proposition of the brand.
⦁ Must take initiative to identify new business opportunities and drive sales opportunities from start to finish.
⦁ Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
⦁ A general understanding of manufacturing processes, sales processes, and industries relating to antimicrobial technology is desired.
