Your key responsibilities Own, manage and design the evolution of the CRM system to meet business needs Lead the development and implementation of efficient and effective CRM processes to ensure seamless customer interactions and data management Develop and implement training programs for Sales, Business Management and Customer Service teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to effectively use the CRM system Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure CRM system and processes integrate with other business systems and processes Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure CRM system and processes are aligned with business goals Build and manage dashboards within the system to track and monitor relevant KPI's Own data maintenance and clean up Your profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM and process development roles, preferably in a management capacity Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes and technologies as well as customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience Experience with CRM system implementation, customization, and integration Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Your motivation Are you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
