Sales Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Demand Planning Leadership:

  • Lead S&OP process for EMEA & Americas, ensuring optimal business analysis, forecasting, and revenue management.
  • Develop strategies to drive financial and non-financial benefits through actionable metrics and insights.
  • Participate in monthly sales demand planning meetings to ensure timely availability of materials for customer orders.

2. Day-to-day Sales Operational Management:

  • Lead Sales Ops team in timely and accurate pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales support.
  • Address concerns collaboratively with relevant teams to ensure smooth business transactions.

3. Ownership of Customer, Materials, and Pricing Master Data:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data to support timely and efficient customer service.

4. Leadership and Building High-Performing Sales Ops Team:

  • Develop operational strategies aligned with Commercial and Customer Service teams for sustainable business growth.
  • Mentor team members and implement competency development initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs ,performance management and efficient & effective staffing deployment

5. Commercial Coordinator for Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster alignment with key stakeholders to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Coordinate with other functional teams to communicate and implement regulations and policies.

6. Change Agent:

  • Facilitate optimization of sales operational activities and drive adoption of best practices.
  • Identify and improve bottlenecks in processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Gather feedback for process iteration and improvement.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BWL Studium) or equivalent education
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in sales operations or customer services.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to apply data-driven insights.
  • Excellent proficiency in English with a good command of German. Knowledge of Italian and/or French would be considered a plus.
