What you'll be doing at Teleperformance Portugal
As a French-speaker Customer Service for Foot Locker , you will:
Provide a customer-friendly service by showing interest in the customer ;
Guarantee a positive relationship with the brand;
Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers, approaching all their questions and doubts;
Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments and stock availability.
There will be big smiles if you
Fluent level of French and minimum B2 English level required;
Familiarity with online advertising products and social media (preferential);
+1 year working in a customer support related role (preferential);
Ability to solve customer problems.
