The Key Duties of the Customer Service Advisor
Inputting information and logging conversations on CRM
Dealing with customer enquiries
Provide technical knowledge about the product with training provided
The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor
Minimum 1 years' experience within a customer facing role beneficial
Passionate about building relationships with customers
