Lead and manage the Human Resources team effectively.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource management.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.Profile
A successful Interim People Services Team Leader should have:
Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
Strong understanding of labour law and employment equity regulations.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.Job Offer
Salary range of £36,000 - 38,000 per year.
