Head of Marketing & Product

Elevation are working with a growing manufacturing organisation in South Yorkshire that seek a Head of Marketing & Product (Office Based with International Travel required at times).

As Head of Marketing & Product you will be responsible for defining and delivering the strategy, whilst leading and inspiring a small but growing team. This will also include;

Work closely with the sales, product, and other departments to align efforts.
Ensure product and marketing facilitate internal and external opportunities and trends.
Defining the product marketing strategy, product roadmap, features and success of new products.
Develop and manage marketing budgets.
Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, trade events, and traditional advertising.
Keep track of how marketing efforts are performing and use data-driven analysis to reinforce your strategies and tactics.
We are seeking candidates with:

Proven experience in a senior marketing / product marketing role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and new product launches.
Proven, leadership experience in creating effective, strong teams with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
Strategic and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Experience within the manufacturing sector.
Ability to be office based and travel internationally as required
