Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking and outreach.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Create compelling proposals tailored to each client's needs.
Lead negotiations and close deals for mutually beneficial agreements.
Explore new markets and develop entry strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the waste industry.
Strong understanding of waste industry dynamics (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel as needed.
