There is now a great opportunity to join a well-established fast-moving goods manufacturer based in Kidderminster and they are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their existing team. As a Maintenance Engineer your role with focus on the service, repair and maintenance of the facilities and production machinery across two sites.
Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities;
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance
PLC Fault find and repair production machinery
Provide technical support to the manufacturing team
Reactive maintenance to ensure that production downtime tis kept to a minimum
Carry out facilities maintenance
Install new production machinery when requiredMaintenance Engineer Requirements;
Previous experience working in an Maintenance Engineer position
Experienced in working to PPM schedules
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electro-mechanical systems is essential
PLC Fault finding experience
Must be electrically qualified and possess an 17th Edition or equivalent electrical qualification
