We are seeking a dedicated customer service advisor to join our busy repairs and maintenance team on a 2-month contract basis. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.
Efficiently schedule repair and maintenance appointments, coordinating with both clients and field technicians to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring all information is entered into the database promptly and accurately.
Collaborate closely with the repairs and maintenance team to prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Address any client concerns or complaints promptly, seeking resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the property services or related industry.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with clients and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software preferred.
