Quantity surveyor

NRL are currently seeking a Quantity Survey on behalf our Client who are a highly successful Mechanical and Electrical contractor who can offer growth and a structured career path.
About the role:

Starting in the pre-construction period getting involved with Procurement and Design.
Permamnent Position 
Career Progression 
On site 5 days a week
Office based in Leeds
You will be responsible for the project commercially from procurement, cost reporting and change management
Will have support from a Commercial Assistant.What you will need:

Responsibility for commercial operations and procedures relating to the company’s projects:
Post tender/Pre-Contract Systems
Value Engineering
Procurement Schedules
Risk Assessment/Management Systems
Forecasting/Trade Up
Costing and payment of Sub-subcontractors and costing financial liabilities
Valuations/Cashflow/Payment
Procurement Forms (Bid Analysis, Set Up Forms etc)
Variations/Change Instructions (Customer and Supply chain)
Extensions of Time and/or Loss and Expense
Mechanical/Electrical background desireable
