Description
Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
Devise strategic and practical plans for hiring quality personnel
Manage the entire recruitment process to meet staffing goals
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organisation
Organise learning and development programmes
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Establish a positive and supportive relationship with staff members
Manage the performance review and appraisal system within the companyProfile
A successful 'HR specialist' should have:
Proven experience in an HR role
Knowledge of HR functions
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS or HRMS)
Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity

An estimated salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 FTE
Flexible part-time working hours with a 4-day work week
Work from home 2 days a week
