My client, a multi-disciplined Chartered practice are currently on the lookout for an Assistant Building Surveyor and a Building Surveyor.
The company complete works across the commercial, industrial, retail, and leisure sectors. They are looking for Building Surveyors from Assistant to Senior level. Candidates must be degree educated in Building Surveying and have previous experience in a consultancy environment. Their areas of expertise include but are not limited to:
• Building Surveys
• Schedules of Condition
• Contract Administration
• Dilapidations + Building Defects
• Party Wall Surveying
• CDM Co-ordination
The company will also provide full APC support for candidates looking to become Chartered with the RICS
