Role – Accounts Payable
Location – Deeside, North Wales
Salary - £25k
Role Summary
An opportunity to join an exciting manufacturing project in Deeside, North Wales as an Accounts Payable. As the role will be joining at the start of the project there will be the opportunity to assist with the build of the accounts payable procedures within the Finance team.
List of Responsibilities & Activities:
* Matching supplier invoices to Purchase orders and delivery notes
* Inputting and verifying supplier invoices onto SAP
* Handling invoice queries from suppliers via telephone and email
* Requesting credits when needed
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Verifying and requesting new supplier set up.
* Any other adhoc duties required by the Accounting Manager or wider finance team.
Desired Skills:
* A confident and driven individual able to communicate and maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers/customers.
* Experienced in purchase ledger duties such as processing invoices and expenses.
* Self-driven and able to take ownership of tasks independently.
* An understanding of invoicing VAT rules
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages
* AAT level 2 or above would be advantageous
About ICT UK
ICT UK was founded in 2018 and already sells in the UK with a salesforce in place dedicated to the development of the UK market. ICT’s next move is to build a new plant in the Northern Gateway site in Deeside, North Wales.
It will be a state-of-the-art and a fully integrated plant for the production and sale of Tissue paper reels and of consumer products. These products will be marketed in Britain and Ireland through large retailers' private labels and ICT’s own brand FOXY
