A growing Facilities management company that deal with commercial projects across various commercial sites. They are looking to add to their projects team to join an already established project management function that is delivering on one of their biggest contracts.

Your new role –Electrical Project Manager

* As a project manager you will be overseeing the effective and compliant completion of Electrically biased project in a commercial setting (lighting upgrades, EV charger installation etc.)

* Making sure suitable work plans and budgets are in place to meet the needs of stakeholders.

* Handling the full project lifecycle (design to completion) for Projects ranging from £50,000 - £250,000.

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience as a project manager in a construction or facilities management company.

* A good understanding of CDM regulations.

* A electrical qualification is essential (18th edition, 2360 etc.)

* Strong communication, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
