Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Housing Service Manager on behalf of our client in Manchester.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experience Social Housing Manager for one of our clients in Manchester. You shall be experienced in managing a Housing team and be prepared to travel between sites when necessary. Due to the requirements of travel we shall only accepting applicants with a full UK drivers licence.
Further information:
* Permanent
* £28,000 - £35,000 (Dependant on experience)
* Full time hours at 37.5
* Manager a team across multiple sites
Requirements:
* Experience in overseeing a team within Social Housing / Property Services
* Full UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle
