Aftercare Manager

A long established Regional Building Contractor are currently seeking a dedicated Aftercare Manager to join their team and oversee post-construction services.

The company deliver a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects for public and private sector clients from £5m to £50m throughout the North West.

Reporting into an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing aftercare services for completed projects, addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborating closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will develop and implement comprehensive defect management plans to address identified issues promptly and effectively. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to communicate clearly and professionally will be essential as you coordinate the necessary corrective actions and ensure that defects are rectified to the satisfaction of clients.

You will be excellent at building client relations and will be proactive in seeking solutions to problems. You will ideally have a trade background, experience in many types of building construction and will be committed to completing works 100% safely.

To excel in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar position within the construction industry, as well as a thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and best practices related to defect management. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with your ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, will enable you to succeed in delivering exceptional results
