Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Service Assurance Analyst who will work closely with Project and Operational Teams to ensure that new and changed IT Services have a complete Service Design Package.
You will ensure the design package meets the agreed Service Transition and Operational Readiness measures, which includes creation of artefacts such as runbooks, configuration of ITIL service support processes, support and RACI models, Disaster Recovery plans, and the completion of knowledge transfer.
You will have proven experience of co-ordinating/managing Service Design and Service Transition activities for new and changed services and be skilled in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to successfully onboard all new and changed solutions delivered into the production environment. You will have a demonstrable understanding of Availability Management, Capacity Management and Information and Governance, have an understanding of ITIL and experience of project delivery and working within a governance framework with preferred experience within security system implementations.
