Software Development Team Lead
£75k+ £5k car allowance - 15% bonus - 2x a week in the office - Manchester or Stoke

This role will require a technical understanding of software development but will primarily be a managerial and leadership position.
Key tasks:
Ensuring timely provision of agreed deliverables throughout the SDLC by understanding both business and technical requirements.
Mitigating risk and resolving blockers throughout the work.
Recognising team members' strengths and mentoring them to encourage and support continuous improvement.
Chairing team meetings, conducting one-to-one sessions, providing feedback for team appraisals and liaising with third parties where required.Skills required:
