An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Nursing Manager to help to lead and develop a luxury nursing home in the Preston area.

40 hours per week on a permanent contract

A competitive pay rate offered of £26.92 per hour, which is the equivalent to £56,000 per annumAs Deputy Manager you will provide specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse
Proven experience in person centred care planning within a care home
Senior nursing or deputy experience is preferred
Confident leading, developing and motivating a team
