Your new role

* Covering a secure government site in Preston.

* Service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract), natural gas installations, heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCU's, Air Conditioning systems etc.).

* You will also be required to understand building control systems and BMS'.

* Shift pattern, 4 on 4 off basis.

What you'll need to succeed

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

* Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.

* Must live within a commutable distance of Nottingham

Relevant qualifications required as per below:

* C&G Level 2 – 3 in Air conditioning and refrigeration.

* FGAS and ODS desirable
