* 40 hours per week - shift pattern and unsociable hours
* £26,000 -29,000 depending on experience + sleep-ins
* Own car is ESSENTIAL

School Staffing Solutions are recruiting on behalf of an organisation that provides education and care to children and young people in Preston, Lancashire.
We are looking for Residential Care Workers in the Preston area. We are seeking someone who shows 'PASSION' and ENTHUSIASM' about wanting to make a difference to the lives of young people. We are looking for caring and dedicated people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them.
This is a specialist children's home for young people with learning difficulties and associated behaviours between the ages of 11-18 years of age. We’re looking for compassionate, friendly and genuinely caring individuals who want to give our young people the best possible chance to succeed.
