Are you a dedicated Science Teacher with a passion for supporting students within an alternative provision? Simply Education is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Fully Qualified Science Teacher to join a dynamic team in Stockport.

The role:

As a Fully Qualified Science Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of students with SEMH needs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Science and hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with a strong background in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. A minimum of 2 years teaching experience is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities for the Science Teacher:

Teaching Chemistry, Biology, and Physics to KS3 and KS4 students.

Providing tailored support to students with SEMH needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Developing strong rapport with students and fellow staff members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

Requirements for the Science Teacher:

Experience delivering Science lessons across KS3-4

Degree in Science.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
