O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Estimator for a Fit Out Contractor based in Stockport. Candidates MUST have a minimum 3 years’ experience in a Estimating Role.
The Role:
• Prepare Take offs, tender and contract documents, including bills of quantity's
• Measuring drawings
• Preparing Applications
• Review material requirements and placing orders as per site request
• Monitor costs to ensure budgets are met
• Visiting sites when required
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
