My client is a logistics company based in Biggleswade, they have an opportunity for a customer service advisor to join their team.

Duties:
Assisting in the smooth running of day to day operations.
This crucial role ensures that our customers receive an efficient and quality service - delivered in cost effective, timely and safe manner. This role would suit a highly organised individual who is looking to progress within the company.
The role entails:
* Being the primary point of contact for dedicated customers on the phone and by email.
* Administrating bookings, stock and queries.
* Raising delivery paperwork on our in-house system.
* Greeting customers, visitors and drivers upon arrival at site.
* Answering the main telephone number and directing calls as appropriate.
* Checking and organising the return of delivery paperwork from drivers.
This is an office based role, working Monday-Friday from 09:00-18:00.
