Are you a Development Manager of a small team?
Within this role, you will be managing a team of 4x Developers, you will work with a hands-off approach but will have the technical understanding to oversee and deal with escalations where needed.
You will be working to push forward the delivery of architectural development from a front-end perspective, working with C# .NET. The team are on a journey to modernise the technical environment with some .NET Core being introduced to the landscape.
Working on two main bespoke applications, you will drive success in the team by setting standards and pushing the success of the products forwards.
Stakeholder management is a vital part of this role with requirements been taken from the business and prioritising the development of these requests.
With regular releases, you could be supporting the team to drive forward some Agile practices.
Permanent position
Location – 1x per month in Broxburn based office
Salary – £60,000 -£70,000 + package, including a 15% bonus scheme
