Halal-By-Hand Chicken Slaughterer

Tennial Personnel is actively seeking a dedicated Halal By Hand Chicken Slaughterer for our client based in Claydon. The position is temporary to permanent (upon completing 12 week probationary period) with immediate start, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:15am to 15:00 pm, bonus awarded per shift.

As a Halal-By-Hand Chicken Slaughterer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all chicken processing adheres to the specific requirements of the Islamic faith. All required training will be given.

Key Responsibilities:
• Halal Slaughtering: Perform chicken slaughtering according to Halal guidelines, ensuring compliance with Islamic dietary laws.
• Animal Welfare: Ensure humane treatment of animals during the slaughtering process, adhering to both Islamic principles and industry standards.
• Cleaning and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the slaughtering area, in accordance with both Islamic and company policies.
• Adherence to Regulations: Comply with health and safety regulations, as well as all relevant guidelines for Halal slaughtering.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient production process.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in Halal chicken slaughtering is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding and respect for Islamic dietary laws and practices.
• Commitment to animal welfare and ethical slaughtering practices.
