The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to deliver a brand new development of 49 units in Woking, Surrey. This development is all apartments and involves the construction of low rise apartment blocks. This is an over 55’s development and because of this the development also includes access facilities, a commercial kitchen, communal lounge and dining area, and various other features including a concierge; and the apartments are fitted with the latest in tech and features to accommodate the clientele.
What they are looking for
The candidate will need to have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as No.1 on site or phase; be able to manage programmes & budgets and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.
Site Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers; capable of delivering projects to tight programmes.
Experience in low rise traditional build apartments or care homes would be desirable.

Our client is a nationwide residential developer specialising in a mixture of low rise apartment schemes and over 55+’s/over 75’s care home developments; owned and backed my an American private equity firm. The business enjoys a very low turnover of staff with years of staff retention above 90%, and both a recent and long term history of striving for quality and winning awards for all aspects of their business – but especially for their sites and site managers with the NHBC and over awards.
