The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

In this pivotal role, the Senior Construction Project Manager will play a crucial part in leading, overseeing, and contributing significantly to the growth and improvement of the Commercial Project Management team. The role demands a proactive leader who can expertly handle a diverse portfolio, focusing on commercial property, defense, and security projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a portfolio of projects in the commercial, defense, and security sectors.
Cultivate strong client relationships, both in establishing new connections and nurturing existing ones.
Ensure seamless execution of projects, aligning with the company's high standards and financial objectives.
Actively contribute to the growth and improvement of the Commercial Project Management team.The Senior Construction Project Manager

A BSc/MSc in a relevant engineering or project management-related subject.
Ideally Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, or APM.
Experience with NEC contracts, demonstrating an understanding of their application in project management.
Extensive knowledge and experience working in the Defense and Security sector.
General commercial project experience, showcasing versatility and expertise in various project types.
