Job Title: Senior Site Manager
Company: Leading international main contractor
Location: Stanmore, North West London
Project: New build education projects (two schools: £40m and £50m)
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the construction activities on-site for the new build schools.
* Ensure that the projects are delivered within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Report progress, issues, and concerns to the Project Manager.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the site team, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers.
* Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
* Background in delivering education projects is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
