1.1.1. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly.
1.1.2. To ensure that the bar counter and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
1.1.3. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
1.1.4. To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
1.1.5. To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.
1.1.6. To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
1.1.7.  She/he needs to have a sale behavior, and ask tactfully to the guests if they would like another beverage or an up selling.
1.1.8. In-charge of the area during the absence of the Outlet Supervisor.


1.1.9. Thoroughly familiarizes oneself with the Hotel’s emergency procedures and is in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.
1.1.10. He/she is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
1.1.11. Other duties as assigned.
