Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head Barista to work for a busy and popular hospitality establishment based in Thetford.
Your role as a Head Barista will involve:
Supporting the Barista and Kitchen team
Reporting to the Catering Supervisor
Ensuring that all orders are taken accurately and communicated well with the Kitchen
Preparing and selling coffee drinks
Cleaning and preparing tables accordingly
Serving food quickly and to the highest standard
Making certain that Health & Safety & Hygiene standards are adhered to
Proactively serving customers, resolving queries and complaintsThe ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, have experience in working in a pressured environment and be able to work flexible shifts.
This is a permanent role.
Hours will be between 32-40 hours a week with alternate weekends - no evenings.
Hourly rate will be £12.50 per hour.
