Disrepair Surveyor

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a registered social landlord and provider of affordable housing, to appoint an experienced repairs Surveyor on a contract basis to start ASAP.

You will help ensure repairs works are completed to specified quality standards, with responsibility for pre inspection of timescales and budgetary requirements, using pre inspections , specification of works and SOR's along with regular communication between contractor and tenant to provide a first class service. Experience in diagnosis of damp and mould would be beneficial
