The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Fleet Coordinator/Administration Assistant to work in their Weighbridge Office in a dynamic team. This will be a Temporary to Permanent role, meaning a full time contract is on offer if you prove to be successful in the role.
The role revolves around administrative tasks and customer service, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed, drivers on site know their routes/directed accordingly. You will be working in a fast paced environment.

Role: Fleet Coordinator/Administration Assistant
Pay per hour: £12.50 to £14.42 dependent on experience
Based: Crawley
***Due to the location of the role, you must be able to drive with your own transportation***

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

* Day to day Administration of the Weighbridge office, ensuring correct paperwork is filled at all times and adhering to company procedures.

* Compliance by drivers/visitors of Health and Safety at all times (training provided) as well as dealing with complaints/queries over the phone, via email and on site.

* Cash control for the Weighbridge, ensuring correct payments from clients.

* Competently understand regulations and requirements for waste control, transfer and transportation.

Key Competencies/Skills:

* Communicating with different individuals in a professional/appropriate manner.

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst juggling many different tasks (multi-tasking is a must).

* Quick Learner, able to pick up on tasks quickly.

* Clear Written and Verbal communicator (English).

* Can do attitude and approach to ensure all tasks are completed on time and accurately.
