In collaboration with Site Merchandising Operations, Production Operations, and numerous other business and marketing organisations, your responsibility as the Online Store Site Merchandiser is to plan and drive online performance and customer happiness by managing our store site experience and sales conversions. A proficient site merchandiser will blend attention to detail in their work with curiosity about what motivates clients to make purchases.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and aligning the site merchandise content plan with local and regional stakeholders.

• Owning the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring clear and accurate products, services, sales motions, and customer messages.

• Collaborating with the Site Merchandising Operations team to create accurate briefs for storefront updates.

• Analyzing site metrics and data to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.

• Using analytics tools, customer verbatim, and market trends to turn data into insights.

• Developing 'test and learn' frameworks to optimize site performance and experience.

• Staying updated with online and e-commerce marketing trends.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to influence merchandising activities for campaigns and sales beats.

• Conducting shop the store' and QA checks for strong execution and smooth customer experience.

Required skills and experience:

• 3-5 years of site merchandising and digital marketing experience.

• Understanding of UK e-retailers and e-commerce.

• translating marketing needs into program execution.

• Familiarity with customer data and sales data analysis.
