Essential Requirements / Experience:

* Must have a Quality-Engineering background

* Must have the desire to learn and grow, progress as a Quality Engineer

* They will also have strong relationship building skills and desire to progress career, learn and get involved

Salary and Benefits

* Perm: up to £35,000 - £41,000 (slight flex) + Bonus

* Flexi-time / Flexible working hours

* Based near Loughborough, Blackbrook, Finley Hill areas

Quality Engineer

The Role

* As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality department, inclusive of:

* Working closely with all Suppliers

* Root Cause Analysis, preventative and corrective actions

* Familiar working with quality tools, problem solving, 5y, fish bones, 8D, AQPQ, PPAP, Root Cause etc.

* Identifying areas to improve Quality

* Managing non conformances, dealing with returns

* Maintenance and upkeep of QMS
