We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager with strong people management experience, to manage the day-to-day financial operations across the Group implementing controls. This is a great chance to join a close knit, collaborative team with desirable advancement opportunities.
Your responsibilities as a Finance Manager will be to:
Manage a team of 9 people in the Finance Department
Carry out staff training and development
Act as the financial right-hand to the Financial Controller
Provide real time and reliable financial information to support the management of the Group
Review procedures and carry out process improvements
Assist with new systems implementation across the Group
Preparation of reports and data analysis.
Ideal experience would include VAT, Inter-company reconciliation, budget setting and production of management accounts for multi/group entities.
