Public Liaison Officer - Leading Civil Engineering Contractor - Brighton & Surrounding areas

My client is a Leading Civil Engineering Contractor.

They are currently looking to appoint, on a permanent basis, a Public Liaison Officer to be remotely based across their sites in their area of work.

Main Responsibilities:

The Public Liaison Officer will work closely with the project managers across the region. This role is fundamental to their current and future projects, and you will provide your knowledge and expertise to colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include (not exhaustive):

Lead CSR activities, events and initiatives

Produce content for social media, website and new letters

Liaise with the site teams to gain progress reports from site

Develop and manage communications for the projects

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful applicant in the role of Public Liaison Officer will be instrumental in the future development of the environmental and economics of the company's culture to achieve the benefits available through their continuous improvement strategies. You will have experience within a similar role with a large civil engineering/building infrastructure project and/or construction industry.

Qualifications/Requirements/Capabilities:

GCSE in Maths & English

Previous experience with a PR based role

Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages
