Job Description:
Ensure continuity of production, flow of materials and finished product
Responsible for quality, quantity and production performance according to objectives
Schedule activities
Implementing and maintaining 5s standards
Manage work safety, use of PPE, compliance with work instructions
Manage a subordinate team
Conduct accident investigations
producing reports and data management
Facilitate daily meetings
Skills & experience:
Experience of working in a similar role for a high volume production is essential along with knowledge of quality, complex manufacturing.
Must have the ability to lead, coach, mentor and motivate a team in a safe manner
Previous exposure to budget management
Be highly organised
