We are looking for an administrative assistant to provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective administrative support service to the People and organisation Development Directorate withing Digital Health and Care Wales.
The successful candidate should be able to provide administrative support with the following:
* Taking minutes of meetings, organising papers and agendas, ensuring that agreed actions are being followed.
* Efficiently and professionally contacting stakeholders when required and assisting them in the collation of information.
* Supporting the Head of People and Organisational Development in preparing meeting presentations, collating reports, and coordinating diary appointments.
* Drafting replies to correspondence and queries with minimal support from the directorate.
* Assessing and prioritising information and workload in order to maintain an effective service.
* Undertaking data entry and maintaining accuracy of records across a range of systems.
* Working independently to defined policies and procedures whilst managing own workload.
