Salary: £23,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Duration: 6 months FTC

Duties:
* Working within agreed service level measures
* Provide support to the Customers internal and external, giving prompt and accurate information
* Prioritising and organising workload to ensure deadlines are met
* Updating systems on a continual basis with relevant job information/call logs and documentation
* Ensure customer service levels, KPI’s and compliance are met
* Close and effective communication with clients, third parties, Managements, and all other colleagues
* Foster a culture of excellent customer service and continued improvement
* Striving to continually improve and update processes through experience and volume.
* Work towards personal targets and continued career development
* Adhere to all Company policies and procedures including H&S and Quality policies
Skills and Experience Required:
* Effective communication skills, Verbal & Written to all key interfaces
* Excellent Organisation skills
* Positive Attitude
* Ability to achieve deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative
* Accurate data entry
* High attention to detail
* Team Player and work effectively with customers, employees, and teams at all levels
