Customer Services Operator required for a freight forwarder in the Tamworth area. This role is paying £27-29k. This freight forwarder imports and exports in and out of the UK via ocean, air and road. they work with a wide range of companies across the UK.

The role
As a Freight forwarder Operator you will be responsible for the smooth running of your accounts. You will ensure customer Bookings are accurately taken and entered into operations system, you will be booking deliveries in with customers and Build strong relationships with customers. This role is a mixture of some freight forwarding and account management. This role will include all the normal customer services operator duties.

Experience
We are looking for a freight forwarder / customer services operator who will be fully conversant in IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and systems. You will also have a excellent communication skills over the telephone and e-mail.
