Helpdesk Analyst 1st line based in Tamworth Office. 20k + pension + overtime
We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic character with an excellent telephone manner and strong 'customer care’ skills to join our client based out of their offices in Tamworth.
Working as part of their National Support Team in Tamworth, your day to day duties will consist of logging new calls, providing telephone support, monitoring SLA’s and carrying out remote network administration as well as the resolution of a variety of 2nd line fixes.
You will need knowledge of Microsoft Network basics and Office applications such as Word and Excel; MCP or MCTS qualifications would be of additional benefit. You should be educated to HND / Degree level in a relevant subject and have 12 months experience in a similar role.
They are looking at offering a basic salary of around £22,000 plus an excellent benefits package
