Job Overview: A reputable wealth management firm is seeking a Client Services Executive to join the support team. This role is integral to providing excellent support for the financial advisors and ensuring that client administration and servicing are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day administration of Life, Investment, and Pensions, including the submission of new online applications, top-ups, and processing of paper-based applications.
* Oversee the management of Annual Reviews and Portfolio Reviews, ensuring timely delivery and action by advisers and the Review Team.
* Assist the Review Team in preparing Annual Reviews (ARs) and Portfolio Reviews (PRs) in overflow situations.
* Prepare Platform withdrawals, fund switches, and transactions for approval by Senior Client Services Executive or Client Services Manager.
* Obtain life, investment, and pension quotations using research tools.
