Your new company
We are currently working with a local authority to support them in their search for 2 temporary Customer Service Advisors on a 6-month temporary assignment. They represent 18 local authorities and three Local Enterprise Partnerships and are led by the Mayor of the West Midlands.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for customers, you will speak with customers via a variety of methods, inbound and outbound calls and emails. The type of calls you will handle will be regarding registrations, SWIFT, Statutory schemes, Metro, travel advice, aftercare and complaints, you will also ensure all customer bookings and information provided is accurate to ensure great customer service.This is a full-time position and you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 1pm, you will work on a rota basis.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have excellent customer service and communication skills, and have the passion to deliver high quality customer experience. This role will be an ASAP start, which before starting you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks, upon registration please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks.
What you'll get in return
This will be a hybrid position once you have completed the first 4 weeks in office for your training. The office is based in Birmingham City Centre and you would be required to work 2-3 days in office after training. We will be offering an hourly rate of £13.46 per hour.
