Programme Manager & Digital Transformation Lead
Collate and visualise the full programme of development, people and process change activity into a central plan.
Review of all major infrastructure and digital projects and create MSP or equivalent of all activity that will impact on the airport's operations function.
Work with stakeholders to understand and document the impacts and requirements on their domains and staff.
Identify the key people and process change requirements resulting from the airport strategy and development programmes
Create an overview of resource requirements and timing across all change activity.
Set up systems for monitoring, tracking reporting and governing the plan.
Set up process/routine for maintaining the plan in in preparation for hand over to the new Transformation LeadFurther details upon application.
