We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Administrator for our Client based in Loughborough who foster their employee’s growth and offer opportunities to develop within the company with a career path into Fleet Administration,

As the Technical Administrator, you’ll require:

The ability to deliver excellent customer service skills and work well with others
Ideally hold fleet maintenance experience
Have precise data entry and Microsoft Office Skills
Be well presented and show strong organisation and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of 1Link is advantageous
As part of this role, you’ll also be:

Processing reports and authorisations using the 1 Link platform
Obtaining out of hours charges
Providing quotes and estimates for repairs
Processing and issuing invoices
Submitting loss of use claims to manufacturers
Ensure a quick response and turnaround
Salary & Working Hours

£25,282 per annum
Permanent
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, 42.5 hours per week
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
