SECURITY CLEARANCE: Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional travel within UK

        As a Technical Engineering Manager, your aim is to enable the engineering resources to deliver a project to time, cost and quality measures as demanded by their project.

        The team looks forward to welcoming new team members into our diverse, enthusiastic and welcoming team, where you will have the opportunity to work on some exciting projects that support the development of the UK's Cyber Security capabilities.


        • Definition and coordination of work packages for completion by the engineering teams to deliver project milestones and support product road maps.
        • Tailoring of engineering gates and applicable acceptance criteria inclusive of gaining stakeholder buy-in to the proposed governance approach
        • Establishing the resource demand within the engineering functions
        • Definition of the responsibilities flow down within the engineering functions and organisational structure of the project/ programme engineering team
        • Ensuring availability of required engineering tools and environment
        • The engagement of NCSC/ CAPS through the security function to ensure an accreditation route is established, agreed and delivered

          ABOUT YOU

          • Qualification in engineering (HNC/ HND/ Degree)
          • Knowledge of systems engineering/ systems engineering processes
          • Experience of software development methodology
          • CAPS process experience (NCSC)
