A unique opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking developer. As construction manager you will be responsible for the delivery of several new developments throughout Cornwall.
Brief summary of Duties:
Day to day management of construction on site, overseeing site managers
Senior member of staff able to create and update build programmes
Involvement in pre-construction and pre commencement works
Supporting qs’s with subcontractor tenders and selection
Reporting on build progress
Visiting sites regularly and holding progress meetings
Reporting to the MD
You will need to have a background working for SME/Regional or Bespoke firms and be open to the new challenge of joining a growing business where you can input into the growth and long-term success of the company, under your expert guidance within the construction department.
This role would suit someone who comes with time served experience in a similar role with the enthusiasm to be involved in something completely new and pioneering to the normal market!
